Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£), inclusive of UK VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct any typographical, technical, or system errors.

Payment

Pedestal accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day. Standard UK delivery is £15. Your order will be shipped via FedEx from our warehouse in Denmark. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For orders to the United Kingdom, Pedestal covers all import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees. This means you will not receive any additional charges from couriers or customs. The total price shown at checkout is the final price you will pay.

Risk of split shipments: Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate shipments, with a delay of up to two working days between deliveries.

Certain items may have special delivery terms, which will be clearly stated prior to purchase.

Receipt of Goods

Please inspect your item carefully upon delivery. We advise against removing the product from its original packaging until you are certain it meets your expectations. Handling the product beyond what is necessary to assess its characteristics may result in a reduction of your refund. If in doubt, we recommend not assembling the TV stand or mounting your TV until you are sure you wish to keep it.

Unclaimed and Rejected Packages

If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or refused without prior notice, a £25 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

To avoid such fees, we recommend accepting the delivery and returning the item in accordance with our return policy.

VAT and Import Duties

For UK customers, all prices include UK VAT. Pedestal handles all customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees through our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays. If your parcel is held at customs, please contact the courier directly.

Warranty

Products purchased via our website are covered by a two-year warranty in accordance with UK consumer law.

If you receive a faulty item, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Pedestal will cover the cost of returning faulty goods and shipping replacements. If you receive the wrong item, we will correct this at no extra cost. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your product to initiate a return, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Pre-orders

Selected items on our website may be available for pre-order and will be clearly marked on the product page.

Payment is authorised at the time of order but not captured until dispatch. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped when all items are available.

Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding a product purchased in our webshop, please contact us at hello@pedestal.com so we can resolve the issue together.
