Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive the product to return it.

If you wish to return an item, please send the package to our address:

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Packages will not be accepted if sent cash on delivery or without direct delivery. If a return package is sent to a parcel shop or post office, it will not be collected and will therefore be sent back to you within 14 days. If this happens, the package must be sent correctly to our address. As the 14-day return period will have been exceeded in this case, you must notify us before sending the return again.

How to Return

Please note: If you wish to return multiple packages, you must create a return request for each individual package.

You may also choose to return the package using a courier of your choice. Please follow these steps:

  1. Print our return form
  2. Fill in your details, including name, order number, email address, and order date.
  3. Provide details for each returned item. Use the comments section if you wish to add further explanations.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. The package must be protected during transit to avoid damage.
  5. Include the completed return form and your delivery note or invoice.
  6. Download and attach a return label. Pedestal does not cover the cost of return labels, so this must be arranged by you. Ensure your return label fully covers any previous labels.
  7. Send the item(s) to:

  1. Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop.
  2. Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of the returned item(s) arriving at our warehouse.

Return Packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Missing packaging may result in a reduction in the refund amount.

You must ensure that the item is securely packed before returning it.

Please ensure the following:

  • The original packaging must be used to secure the item as received.
  • There should be no loose items in the box, as these could scratch or damage the product.

You are responsible for the package until we receive it.

We recommend keeping your postal receipt and tracking number in case of shipping damage.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item.

If the product is damaged in a way that only allows it to be resold as a second-hand item, 50% of the purchase value will be refunded. If the product is so damaged that it cannot be resold, no refund will be issued.

Refund

If you return your entire order, we will refund the full purchase price, including any delivery costs.

If you choose to return only part of your order, delivery costs will not be refunded.

If the returned item has decreased in value due to improper handling, this amount will be deducted from your refund. If the item can only be resold as a second-hand item, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded. If it is completely unsellable, no refund will be given.

Your refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. You will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s) unless you provide documentation proving that the return has been shipped.

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you return the unwanted product and place a new order.

If you fail to pick up your delivery as agreed, we will charge the original shipping fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
